Place filter and rinse with hot water. Discard rinse water.
Add 16 g ground coffee and level the coffee bed.
Start timer and pour 32 g water for blooming.
Let bloom for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds, continue pouring slowly in circular motion.
Reach 256 g total water by 1:30 – 1:40.
Allow coffee to draw down until 2:25 – 2:35 total time.
Swirl the server and serve.
