Brew Water: 192 ml at 92°C
Bypass Water: 45 ml at 90°C
Grind Size: Medium
Total Brew Time: 1:45 – 2:00
Set AeroPress in inverted position and add 16 g coffee.
Pour 192 ml water over 30 seconds.
Stir gently 5 times.
Let it brew for 30 seconds.
Attach cap, flip onto mug and press slowly for 30 seconds.
Add 45 ml bypass water to the brewed coffee.
Swirl and serve.
